Automatic Change Notification

Hey, folks-

Right now, the SVG WG gets an email notification if a document in our 
CVS repository "/sources/public/SVG/profiles/" is updated, sent to 
"member-svg-editors@w3.org".  Is it possible to set it up so that we get 
this notification when any document in our directory is changed 
("/sources/public/SVG/")?
