Yeah I was thinking about that, but sometimes the diffs take a while to
run (on the order of 10 seconds for some chapters).  So it might end up
being a bit annoying.  Anywho, when you want to regenerate the diffs
manually, do this:

  cd SVG/tools/htmldiff
  sh diff.sh
  # wait for it to do all the diffs
  mv *.html ../../profiles/1.2T/master/diff/
