[SOAP-JMS] Last Call comment LC02

Greetings, in your feedback you included the following comment which he 
have assigned the identifier: LC02 [1].

Point: chapter 1.6 
Comment: I see that JMS specification 1.1 in reference list. Not sure if 
it makes sense to mention JMS 1.1 explicitly, anyway, there are some 
notable difference between JMS 1.0. 2 and JMS 1.1

We accept the comment and have decided to make the requirement for support 
of JMS 1.1 explicit. This has been added to the Conformance section. The 
latest version of the editor draft includes the change [2].

Please confirm whether the change we have made satisfies the concern that 
you raised.
