[SOAP-JMS] spec ready for FPWD?

Greetings, the changes we agreed to at last weeks call have all been made. 
We had a goal of having the spec ready for a First Public Working Draft by 
end of June. With that in mind I would ask that you review the latest 
version of the draft allowing us to decide at our next call whether we are 
happy with it's present state and that it should proceed to FPWD.
