Test Assertion Markups

Here is a version of the SOAP/JMS Spec with assertion markups styled
after the WSDL2.0 spec.

I think this is a useful approach for identifying assertions.

Some of sections 2.2.1 through  2.2.3 might be overmarked e.g. an
assertion mark per property might be easier

Comments welcome, I'd like to know whether we should proceed with this
approach in which case I'll need to check in this stuff. <<soapjms.xml>>
