In case anyone wants to get an idea of what Henry's proposed wording looks 
like in situ, see http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=6553#c6 
for pointers to diffs of the Schema 1.1 drafts containing their new 
wording.  It showed up over the weekend.
