[W3C SML] [Issue 4684] Revised proposal document regarding sml:keyref reference to xs:key

Attached is the revised "proposal" document regarding issue 4684.  (It
is really a discussion document at this point.)

 

I hope that it covers the issues sufficiently.  The main issue appears
to involve disjoint/overlapping symbol spaces (Issue 5130).

 

And, John, you see I got this to you in plenty of time.  :-)  I will
attach the URL to this email as a comment to Issue 4684
