For the demonstration purpose, we can construct a small "drug"
ontology to cover the above concepts and drug names.   
But the ideal way is to use an existing and well developed drug
ontology for this purpose.   
Does anyone on the list know such ontology?

 

Samson Tu at Stanford has built such a "drug" ontology.
