Eric, The minutes will be posted on the Wiki soon. Am attaching them to this e-mail as well. > I'm concerned that the scope of the proposed work is very broad. Per our conversations we have decided to focus on the following aspects: Short term (6 months): 1. Converge on 1-2 use cases for analysis. Alan Ruttenberg has created use cases for the BIORDF group which has a lot of "ontology" related stuff in it. We will start with his use cases. 2. Start identifying and enumerating "ontology like" artifacts required for a solution to the use case. Come up with engineering and pragmatic definitions for the same. 3. Set up a wiki for collaborative ontology development and start "posting" ontology fragments from the use cases for iterative refinement. Long term (2 years): 1. Evolve a set of best practices from the above activity 2. Solution design for the use cases identified above. A demo if possible. Out of Scope: 1. Ontology Quality Measures 2. Ontology Evaluation Comments, feedback welcome. ---Vipul
