Not really, no. The published version of the document should be considered frozen. What kind of updates did you have in mind?

If the goal is to add a link to the translation, that should be doable. I'm not exactly sure how (Recommendations have a link to translations by default, but Notes do not), but I'm sure we'll find a way. It's always good to be able to point to translations of documents!

Note that we do not publish translations in the https://www.w3.org/TR/ space, so it will have to be published somewhere else.
