Apropos of discussions in SDW BP call today

AFAICT this is basically what SIRF did too, based on the UK's Linked data
API implementation - create convenience APIs to extract specific sub-graphs
from the potentially deep metadata graph.

Seems to link into the Use Case of delivering domain-specific views of
resources - resolving IRI of conceptual entities to "profiles" or "views" .
