Coverage subgroup call, 15 June, 1300 UTC

Hi all

We have a coverage call tomorrow at the usual time.

Although I've been doing a bit of work on this since last meeting, I don't
yet have anything written down in a tidy enough form to share, but I do
have a few questions that I hope we can cover, to set our direction for
filling in the details.

In the last plenary meeting we agreed a target of releasing a FWPD soon
after the TPAC meeting in September, aiming to finalise the details during
TPAC. That means we need a near-final document before the TPAC meeting, so
we'll need to plan work accordingly
