Re: Origin and licensing for the XML3D examples

Thanks Stefan,

I'm sure that in the real world we'd be fine using these but I'm very 
wary of using code that isn't explicitly OK to use. Happy to link to 
somewhere else (like a personal site of yours or a bit of space on 
DFKI?) but, forgive the conservatism, the profile and stability of these 
docs mean we need to be ultra cautious.
