Re: Origin and licensing for the XML3D examples

Hi Phil,

you're basically right.

However, the reference given in the source code refers only to the 
origin of the algorithm used.
Nonetheless, we needed to re-implement / port the original C++ snippets 
from flipcode to JavaScript.

Obviously, there is no "best way to bundle examples" with the document ;-)

If required, I can trigger an inquiry about the unclear terms of using 
this snippets.
Everything else is available under MIT licensing.
