PeerJ's JATS-to-HTML conversion has been developed in the context of a
single publisher, so only handles the minimum amount of elements
necessary for the articles published so far (adding more as they
arise). This probably means it's not much use for ContentMine, but
you're welcome to use anything that's useful.
