I'm renaming the thread so that those who have no interest in the
relationship between SH and JATS can just skip.

For dejats I worked off the JATS spec. In some ways it may be foolish to
assume that people comply (I don't rely on that much though), but on the
other hand it does help make sure we don't forget some rarely-used
elements or attributes.
