[rsp] Last meeting minutes and actions

As discussed, we'd like to advance in the use cases query descriptions, and how they can (cannot) be solved with existing RSPs. 
I'm sending a proposed mapping of RSP implementors to use cases. The idea is to assign an RSP implementer (e.g. Jean Paul), to a use case (e.g. Inland water transportation) and see if the use case queries can be solved using some of the existing RSPs (e.g. using a C-SPARQL query).
I know that in some usecases there are no example queries. I have also put the use case author name, so you can contact her to get examples of queries (in natural language is ok). Or you can write to the list as well if it's not clear.

So find below the assignments I have made. This is of course only an exercise. We will appreciate it if you can help us and if you have some time of course.  Or if you are not listed below but want to give it a try, or want to work on another use case assigned to someone else,  you are welcome as well ;) Any contribution is appreciated.  I hope we can have some first results for next call on Feb 21st.
