I’m sorry to hear that, I actually started the call 15 minutes before, then handled over to Jean-Paul, we had the call with 7-8 attendees. I didn’t notice  your problem after the call, I’ll talk to help desk from our side to find out what problem was.

Unfortunately, Cristina and I have been trying to enter the call for half an hour, but the system keeps on repeating that the host is not yet available. We were wondering, is there any technical problem with the TelCo system?
