- Wrap up the discussion, based on the chairs decision [6] (to keep by the 
Portland resolution [5]), and assign actions as required.

6. PRD conflict resolution strategy (20 mn)

- The conflict resolution strategy described normatively in PRD does not 
work with the tested engines. The problem is analysed and a solution is 
proposed in csma's email [7].
  * Can we handle that as a bug correction rather than a substantial 
change to the spec? 

7. Implementations (15 mn)
