- Review active liaisons:
PRR (OMG) - Paul Vincent
OWL (W3C) - Sandro Hawke
HCLS (W3C IG) - Adrian Paschke
SPARQL (W3C) - Axel Polleres

3. Action review (5 mn)

- Review actions due [2] and pending review [3]

4. Public comments [4] (5 mn)

- Review new public comments [4]

5. XML syntax for Import (15 mn)

- The WG passed a resolution during F2F13 [5], that states that "In the
XML syntax (for Core, BLD, PRD), the xml-schema type of both arguments to
import is an anyURI -- NOT rif Const element(s). Harold would like us to
reconsider that resolution.
  * See Harold's summary of the issue and proposed solution [8] and
following thread [9-10]
 * Shall we overturn that resolution and change the XML syntax for Import
to comply with full-stripping?

*PROPOSED:* Resolve one way or the other, per discussion during telecon

6. BLD equality/NAU tie-up (15 mn)

- Even without equality in the head, the implicit equality between NAUs
with different ordering of the arguments implies an infinite number of
axiomatic equality facts (see Michael's email [11])
  * What shall we do about that?

7. Implementations (10 mn)

- Review known implementation work [6]

- How to encourage testing?

8. Test cases (30 mn)

- Review and approve test cases [7]

*PROPOSED:* Approve test cases per review during telecon

9. AOB (next meeting)

- Next telecon: TBD
