The addresses are:

33 Maiden Lane
New York, NY 10038

and

590 Madison Avenue
New York, NY 10022

The former is in the financial (wall street) district, the latter is on the 
northern side of midtown (57th St.) in Manhattan.  I am trying to find out if 
IBM has a special rate with any hotels.
