I updated the F2F9 wiki [1] yesterday with the following text:

[mailto:sseegoolam@ilog.fr Sabrina Seegoolam] with your personal 
information and your arrival date and time and departure date and the 
hotel you want (if you choose one). Be sure to mention that you are 
coming for "W3C RIF WG F2F9". Sabrina will handle the booking and send 
you the confirmation. You may be asked to pay upon arrival.

This completes my action 403.
