Re: moving TRs to MediaWiki

One problem I didn't mention, which diff doesn't show, is that some
links are not changed which should be.  In particular, there are lots of
links from BLD to parts of FLD.  This has to be solved before we can
publish anyway (with links to the wiki-version-of-FLD being converted by
wikisnapper into links to the TR-version-of-FLD, published at the
sametime) .  I didn't tackle this yet, because it'll be easier once both
document are on MediaWiki.
