Wiki-based vocabulary website idea

Some of the outstanding projects this community might want to focus on
has been added to the "Contribute" section on the "Participate" RDFa
wiki page. Please add to the list if you can think of any more:

One of the projects that has been rattling around in the back of my head
for over 2 years now and I just haven't found the time to work on it.
Putting this out there in case anybody else has been thinking along the
same lines and has some free time to implement.

The concept is basically a wiki-based vocabulary design website that
would help web designers create, correct, collaborate on, publish and
mirror RDF(a) vocabularies:
