IPTC, rNews and RDFa support

I took the following action during a telecon two weeks ago:

ACTION-95: Ask IPTC what status of RDFa support for rNews will be in the
future.

I have spoken with the IPTC and they said that they do intend to
continue to fully support and promote RDFa 1.1 usage for rNews.

For those that missed it, rNews was just ratified as an official news
industry standard by the IPTC with the backing of over 50 news agencies
like The New York Times, Getty, The Associated Press, Thompson Reuters, etc.

They have also ported the rNews data model into schema.org for use in
