Maintenance of the XHTML Vocabulary document

Today in the Protocols and Formats Working Group editor's call, the 
group agreed to share maintenance responsibility for the Vocabulary 
document at http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml/vocab with the RDFa Working 
Group.   Minutes of that call are at

Thanks to the PFWG for their cooperation, and to the RDFa Working Group 
for your patience while we sorted this out.
