small changes on the rdfa.ttl file

I ran the rdfa.ttl file through some compilers and, of course, there were some small issues. I attach the renewed ttl file, as well as the corresponding rdf/xml file. At some point we will have to do an RDFa file, too, with a nice description of the terms...

At some point we will have to store these files at their rightful place, though, and not as part of the TR space...
