My recollection is that I had to patch ReSpec to make this work, because ReSpec out of the box only provides a section for “Authors” and “Editors”. I made it so that additional contributors can be added under custom labels.

Apparently now a different version of ReSpec is used, and it doesn't have the patch.

I'm attaching a diff between the original ReSpec and the patched one. I don't know if this will apply directly on the version that is used now, but it should get the idea across. The diff also contains several other unrelated changes; only the otherContributors part is relevant.
