Regrets for Wed's Telecon

Hi all,

I have some minor, outpatient surgery that could only be scheduled for this Wednesday during the RDF-WG telecon.  Apologies for missing the meeting.

However, I do believe that Concepts is now ready to go into LC, so perhaps all is well.
