rdf:HTML datatype added

As per yesterday's resolution on ISSUE-63, I've added the rdf:HTML datatype to the RDF Concepts ED:

I've also implemented the ISSUE-88 resolution and moved xsd:duration into the table of RDF-compatible XSD types.

All the remaining to-do items on RDF Concepts are now on multigraphs, or in informative sections. They are all flagged as yellow issue boxes in the ED.
