Intent to close ISSUE-199

We changed the describedby link relation to
http://www.w3.org/ns/json-ld#context as result of ISSUE-197. We now uploaded
a JSON-LD document at that location which describes that link relation. I
will therefore close ISSUE-199 [2] in 24 hours unless I hear objections.
