a general comment on Shapes Constraint Language (SHACL), W3C,Editor's Draft 22 September 2016

The current version of the Shapes Constraint Language (SHACL) document, W3C
Editor's Draft 22 September 2016, has many places where it is either
imprecise or incorrect. I have pointed out quite a few of these places in
my recent comments on the document. That there are so many such places at
this late stage in the life of the working group is a serious problem.

The working group needs to devote sufficient resources so that all the
imprecisions and errors in the document are eliminated. This should be done
as soon as possible and needs to be done before the document becomes a W3C
Candidate Recommendation.
