finding closure on the issues

Hi folks,

Reading the transcript from last week's meeting, it seems like we're
still at a stand-still regarding the two issues:
 - @resource/@href completing hanging @rel, and
 - @src equivalent to @about or @resource/@href.

What I need everyone to do is to really spend an hour this week thinking
about these two issues so we can vote on them this coming Thursday.

I have some thoughts, which I'll send in a follow-up email with my chair
hat off.
