rdfa-syntax First Public Working Draft is up!

The first public working draft for rdfa-syntax is up at 
http://www.w3.org/TR/rdfa-syntax !!!  Thanks to everyone for their hard 
work.  We can't slow down if we want to meet our schedule, but this is a 
great first step.
