@resource would not be in the hypertext module.... it is not a hypertext 
attribute, it is a metainformation attribute, and is included in the 
module http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/DTD/xhtml-metaAttributes-1.mod

It is also (briefly) described in the current editors draft of
