RDFa Syntax document migrated to XHTML 2 Working Group publication system

As per my action item, I have integrated the current draft RDFa Syntax 
document into the XHTML 2 Working Group publication system.  XHTML 2 
Working Group drafts can be found via their index page at 
http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/Drafts - this page is automatically updated as 
new draft documents are created.
