Hi Chime, What is the status with regard to URI resolution in HTTP request lines? http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-rdf-dawg/2010OctDec/0066.html There are a number of issues with the assertion that the doc base URI applies outside the body (which one? why outside the doc? syntax issues? xmlbase only applies to XML elements) as well as just not reading RFC3986 that way (RFC3986, section 5). The email has a worked example so we can discuss the consequence in a concrete case. Andy
