SPARQL Protocol Working Session TC - Wed. Dec. 8 @ 11am ET

Hi,

Thanks to everyone who filled in the doodle. With 5 responses, there is 
one time that works for all 5, so I'm going to go ahead and schedule 
that for our working session telecon on the SPARQL protocol. The call
