F2F location

Hi all,

Has the location for the F2F in MIT been decided ?
Is that the same room / directions than the 1st one [1] (BTW, all the pictures are now 404, could they be revived ?).

In addition, anyone has any recommendations for budget accommodation / hostels around ?
