I was asking whether  IRI(string) should - like xsd:integer - be allowed as a partial mapping for strings representing IRIs, ie. just the same way as for literals representing IRIs. Is that already covered somehow?

BTW: minor typo in section 15.4.21 STRDT ... first example misses a closing parenthesis.
