1. Review ACTION Items

These actions appear DONE:

ACTION: LeeF to advertise existence of test materials and solicit
implementation reports
ACTION: LeeF to generate archive of test materials which includes license

Let's check on the status of the following actions:

-- misc --

ACTION: ericP to poke IETF folks about registering SPARQL media types
(esp. application/sparql-query)
ACTION: ericP to write explanatory text saying that, like xsd:inteter
and xsd:dateTime, the relative order of simple literals and xsd:strings
is not defined here
ACTION: ericP to answer "EBV of invalid numeric literals" email from Arjohn

-- implementation report --

ACTION: EliasT to come up with feature list for protocol testing

-- tests --

ACTION: Eric+Andy to identify and collect mf:requires URIs and put in
documentation
ACTION: ericP, AndyS to add the mf:requires labels to the manifest
namespace document

-- spec --

ACTION: ericP to incorporate text to fix EBV of illformed numeric
literals bug in spec

2. Query language text changes

+ Anything pending from Last Call comments?
+ EBV text
+ What else...?

I'd like to line up reviewers for these text changes well in advance of
transitioning to PR.

3. SPARQL Query Results XML Format

...I can't find the thread about whether we should put the revised XML
format back to CR or transition it directly to PR along with the query
language spec.

In either case, we should discuss testing of the XML format to
demonstrate interoperable implementations.

4. SPARQL Protocol

How do we test the protocol:
+ what features do we look for
+ how do we define the tests
   + schedule

I've asked Elias to join us since he's worked on this in the past.

5. Test suite and test service and implementation report

We've published the test suite and will be publishing the test service
shortly. Where should we gather EARL results? Any progress on generating
an implementation report?
