tests to approve this week (via SPARQL query)

Using sparql.org, first query the evaluation super manifest for all of
the test manifests:

http://tinyurl.com/2zcuqe

then query those manifests for tests that are not approved:

http://pastebin.org/464

...which gives us these results against the sparqler:

http://tinyurl.com/2f9bmb

Right now, this shows me a lot of solution-seq tests need to be
approved, but...
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-rdf-dawg/2007JulSep/att-0047/31-dawg-minutes#item03
shows me that we already approved them. So let's fix that...

OK, now the above query shows me a more reasonable list of tests that
have been reported on already - a few that cover previously uncovered
facets, the basic lang match test, and one ask test (ask-8) that we
didn't approve last week.

We'll look at all of these this week, and hopefully more. If you haven't
already and can, please report on results for these tests to help the
approval process.
