Test suite

<LeeF> No one's had a chance to look at the 4 tests yet. We'll look at
   this next week.

Towards CR

<iv_an_ru> A SPARQL syntax question. Should we provide some common
syntax for implementation-specifi pragmas, like in XQuery?

<SimonR> Lee is expecting to spend time reviewing comments from the
last LC, winnowing out ones that haven't been significantly affect or
has been entirely eliminated, and contacting the authors of the
remainder to ensure that their satisfaction holds for the current
   draft.
