test queries syntax-qname-08-rq and syntax-qname-14-rq
are now changed to

BASE   <http://example.org/>
PREFIX :  <#> 
PREFIX x.y:  <x#> 
SELECT *
WHERE { :a.b  x.y:  : . }

and I did
cvs commit -m "dot inside qname"
