In fact, this was meant as "Analogous to COPY". Anyways, as it seems to be potentially confusing and also redundant, I removed the phrase "As for COPY" now in the current Editor's draft cf. http://www.w3.org/2009/sparql/docs/update-1.1/Overview.xml#move
I'd appreciate if you could briefly confirm that this addresses your comment,
