The text has been updated to include: "An RDF encoding of the Service Description ontology is available by HTTP content negotiation from the namespace IRI." As the HTML representation of the namespace document lists the available serializations, and because the available serializations are subject to change in the future, an explicit list of such formats has not been included in the Service Description spec document.

As the RDF serializations are merely a structured transcription of the vocabulary described in the Service Description document, we believe the normative language already in the document is sufficient.

Those entries are included as being the dc:creator of the ontology.
