Michael & Ashok - I request that we add a process discussion item to today's agenda. Specifically I am unclear on the following points: * What are we supposed to be doing at this point in the process and what is the next milestone we are working towards? I assume we are supposed to be reviewing and responding to last call comments. Is there more we are supposed to be doing. * What is the process for making and tracking changes to the draft and how does this relate to working group decisions? It seems like sometimes we say that the draft is the canonical representation of all the working group decisions to date. At other times it seems that we say the issues in the issue tracker represent the sum of the working group decisions to date and the draft should be written in compliance with resolutions captured in issues. And perhaps the answer to this question has changed now that we are past last call? I have looked a bit on the W3C site for answers to these questions but I have been unable to find them.
