prod/Serialization.xml says:

   <description>Tests for the Serialization production</description>
   <link type="spec" document="http://www.w3.org/TR/xquery-30/"
      idref="doc-xquery30-Serialization"/>

But there is no "Serialization production" (no non-terminal named
"Serialization"), and http://www.w3.org/TR/xquery-30/ does not have an element
with id="doc-xquery30-Serialization".

(I'm also wondering whether Serialization belongs in prod/.)
