Reopening, because I note there is a very trivial error in the explanation of
one of the examples in 10.4.12.1: "These normalize to 1972-12-30T23:00:00Z and
1972-12-31T23:00:00" should read "These normalize to 1972-12-30T23:00:00Z and
1972-12-31T23:00:00Z"

In fixing that, I guess I can add another example at the same time; though I
don't think any number of examples are going to prevent timezones causing
surprises.
