In the published errata for XQuery 1.0, erratum XQ.E19, change 5, an entry in
Appendix F for error code XQDY0044 is replaced by one for error code XQST0044.
However, the error is described as a dynamic error, and the body text continues
to refer to it as XQDY0044.
